Clinic contact requests

The clinic form collects your name, email address and permission for Zinda Clinic to email you about your inquiry, together with the submission time. Google Forms stores the response in a private Google Sheet in Zinda’s Google Workspace. The clinic team uses these details to acknowledge your request and follow up about clinic care and next steps.

Clinic acknowledgments send through Workspace Gmail from clinic@zinda.health. Clinic requests are not sent to Resend or Substack, and do not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not include symptoms, lab results, records or other medical details.

We retain inquiry records while handling the request and any necessary follow-up. You may request access, correction or deletion by replying to clinic@zinda.health. A request to stop clinic follow-up is handled by the team; it does not automatically erase records already retained.

Free guides and newsletter

Our guides are free to read and print without providing an email address. Completed worksheets stay with you; this website does not collect their contents.

Optional general education subscriptions are handled separately by Substack at blog.zinda.health. Substack processes your subscription under its own terms and privacy practices. Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or your Substack subscription settings to manage it. Research access and clinic inquiries do not subscribe you automatically.

Your measurements stay with you

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. They are not submitted with a clinic request or newsletter signup. Saving is optional and stores measurements only in this browser on this device. Use “Clear measurements” to remove them, especially on a shared device.

The public website is hosted by Replit. The embedded clinic form submits to Google Forms. These providers may process necessary request and security information under their service terms. This website does not use advertising pixels, tracking cookies or behavioural analytics. Where available, aggregate page and campaign counts exclude names, emails and calculator inputs; browsers with Global Privacy Control are not counted.

For clinic follow-up, reply to clinic@zinda.health. For general website or privacy questions, email hello@zinda.health. Older Zinda email preference links remain available for messages sent by the previous website service.

Public tools and linked services

These forms are intended for adults. Blog and research links lead to separate services with their own privacy practices. Website educational tools do not establish a clinician–patient relationship.
